Pizza cutter with a hand-turned SpectraPly wood handle. This is a unique wood product that I’ve found that I not only love turning, love seeing people’s reactions to the pieces. I want to say that my vendor calls this pattern “Holiday Spirit.” I would hope you would use this year round and not just at Christmas time. (Unless you’re buying pizza cutters that match the holiday, from me..then go right ahead.) Each ply is laminated with epoxy which makes this decently durable.
The Handle is approximately 6 inches long. The heavy-duty chrome plated stainless steel pizza cutter blade is 4 inches across and unscrews from the handle for easy cleaning. This does come with a silicone blade cover. The blade is very sharp. It will cut all levels of pizza, focaccia, lasagna, and thick sheet breads.
For cleaning, the handle should be wiped with a damp cloth. The blade is dishwasher-safe.
