Time for updates..maybe
So we’ve had this site for a couple years now. You'd think that I’d be paying attention to what is on here and how it looks. Well, I’d rather be out in the shop making stuff or gabbing with the neighbors or or or or … I sit in front of a computer all day on a professional level. Why would I want to continue to sitting in front of a computer after work? Doesn’t sound like much more fun.
But I’ve kind of looked at our site and thought — yeah this is really janky and needs a good thorough cleaning. So over the next few weeks I’ll be making a number of changes. I have no idea what those changes will look like. I do know that I’ll be trying to write stuff up and share nuggets of knowldge (or stupidity…however you frame it) here on the blog.
There are new items that will be coming online in the next few days. I’m no ultra photographer (My father burned me out of that long time ago) so the pictures will be honestly taken and presented…if they look boring or not professional — you’ve been warned.
This site is hosted on SquareSpace — and they’ve done mega changes in the last 2 years. So I’ll be learning how to implement various features that make sense as I go along. I have no idea what that looks like today (mid November 2025), but I want to learn and show what learn and use “it” to help you find the things we’ve made.
I’m also wanting to show how I do some of the things I do. Maybe not like solid plans, but pictorals that walk through the process from blank to thing in a post. I don’t have the patience to put a YouTube video together, nor do I feel the urge to be a social media TikTok content creator. That would definitely make this work and not fun… This is supposed to be fun —that results in cool things for sale. (Right?)
So we see where things go from here. More to come in the upcoming weeks.

Blog Post Title Four
It all begins with an idea.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
