Pizza cutter with a hand-turned SpectraPly wood handle. This is a unique wood product that I’ve found that I not only love turning, love seeing people’s reactions to the pieces. This is as hot pink as hot pink can get in wood color. It’s very durable (not dishwasher durable), and very brightly colored. Each ply is laminated with epoxy.
The Handle is approximately 6 inches long. The heavy-duty chrome plated stainless steel pizza cutter blade is 4 inches across and unscrews from the handle for easy cleaning. This does come with a silicone blade cover. The blade is very sharp. It will cut all levels of pizza, focaccia, lasagna, and thick sheet breads.
For cleaning, the handle should be wiped with a damp cloth. The blade is dishwasher-safe.
